Z-Bridge, Bastiaan Spruit, will be presenting the Bring-to-Work system, the latest addition to the Offshore Access market. The Bring-to-Work system is a motion compensated transfer system that allows safe and efficient logistic with a trolley between the vessels deck and offshore structure. The Trolley is designed for teams of 6 persons or 1000 Kg cargo per transfer, the system can also be used as a motion compensated vessel based crane. During the 3rd “get set for Workboat 2050” session, Bastiaan will present the full functionality of the Bring-to-Work system showing the compensation system and type of vessels that can be considered as a platform like: CTV’s, DP-2 multi-cat or a mini SOV’s. Finally he share the lessons learned from the CTV operation as performed earlier this year and a provide an insight on how he expects the market to develop.
